Best-in-class!

Brothers has a premium-blend that's not found at your local shop of natural Kratom. For me, around a tablespoon every 1-2 hours mixed in coffee acts as a nootropic ; it heightens cognitive ability by lowering distractibility and improving focus. I switch to a heavier dose (3-4 tablespoons) before bed which works great as an anxiolytic for a wonderful night's sleep. While I use it regularly, I've *not* found it to be highly addicting at all ; I can take it or leave it. The "double duty" of it being both a mood enhancer/cognitive stimulator for daytime use and as a relaxant to get to sleep is quite extraordinary. Standard disclaimer here that this is certainly my experience and everyone's body is different so like anything, start small and increase as needed (for nootropic effects) in teaspoon increments. Mix with a hot beverage to remove the "grassy" taste. It works best with coffee, hot chocolate, an herbal (or) black tea. Or on a hot day mix it in a smoothie, lemonade or something with something with mild acidity. It's not an awful taste per se, but mixing it with a energy drink doesn't end up tasting very well. Overall, I highly recommend Brothers Botanicals white/red/green/gold (wikipedia does a good job of describing the differences, but to me there isn't an enormous difference from one to another species, it's more of a personal preference).

Red Bali kratom

A couple of months ago I started using Bali Gold along with CBD oil for arthritis pain. After a severe injury, I switched to Red Bali after discussing the new pain experience with one of the Brothers (yes, they do follow up on voice-mail and email!) What I've learned through experimenting: 1. Red Bali alleviates pain very effectively and allows you to reduce the amount of CBD oil you take. 2. Put some powder in a mug or glass jar, pour boiling water on top, and stir. Let it sit for 3 hours until there's a sediment layer in the bottom. Drink the liquid from the top. 3. Some people consume the sediment or raw powder. I did this at first but stopped after I developed nausea. No problems as long as drnk only the liquid. 4. I've found that the kratom sediment can be steeped at least two more times and remain effective. Once you've drunk all the liquid you can get without disturbing the sediment, boil some more water, pour it over the sediment, and let it sit until it settles out again. 5. I keep two tea jars in the fridge. When I've drunk about half of my current supply, I start a new (or re-steeped) batch so I can continue use as needed without waiting for the settling process to complete.
